1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Yondet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.
2. Virtual Currency & Simulation Scope
CRITICAL NOTICE: All "cash", "revenue", "profits", and other financial metrics depicted within the Yondet simulation are entirely fictional and have absolutely no real-world cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, traded, or redeemed for real currency. Yondet is a business simulation game, not a financial brokerage or investment platform.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
4. Subscription & Billing
Yondet operates on a subscription and one-time-purchase model (via Lemon Squeezy). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
